Build automations
Workflows that branch on what people actually do, not on a single straight line.

What this fixes
A one path automation treats a hot lead and a cold one the same way. That is how good leads get annoyed and quiet ones get forgotten.
Real workflows branch. Clicked but did not book, opened but did not click, went silent, said no. Each of those deserves a different next message.
How it runs once it is live
The same path every single time, whether it is one lead a day or two hundred.
What you get
Trigger mapping
Every entry point into the system documented so nothing double fires.
Branching logic
Paths for engaged, silent, objecting and converted contacts.
Missed call and no show recovery
The two easiest recoveries most businesses never automate.
Internal alerts and tasks
Your team notified with context, not just a name and a number.
Reactivation
Old contacts brought back into follow up instead of sitting dead in the database.
Fail safes
Rules so nobody gets three messages in an hour or the same message twice.
How I build it
One to three weeks depending on how many flows are involved.
We draw the flow before anything is built, so we catch loops early.
One flow at a time, tested before the next one is connected.
I push a test contact down each path, including the ones nobody expects.
Live, then checked weekly for the first month for silent failures.
The paid lead sorter I built routes 4,246 contacts through four branches based on what each person did.

Send me the short version of your situation. I will reply with what I would do first and what it would cost, whether or not you hire me.
