Pick the piece that is costing you the most

Ten things I build inside GoHighLevel. Most projects combine four or five of them. Tap any one to see exactly what it involves and how I build it.

Monthly management

A build is only worth what it produces three months later. Retainers cover running the system rather than handing it over and disappearing.

Campaign operations

Email and SMS campaigns built, scheduled and sent. Segments kept clean, deliverability watched so your domain stays healthy.

Automation upkeep

Workflows adjusted as your offers and team change. Broken triggers found before they cost you a month of leads.

Reporting

A monthly view of pipeline value, conversion, source performance and AI activity, with a short note on what I would change next.

Retainers are quoted per business after the first build, based on volume and how much of the day to day you want off your plate.

How we work together

Four steps, no surprises. You always know what is being built and when it goes live.

Step 01Call and audit

We go through your setup and where leads drop off. You get my honest read, including if you do not need me yet.

Step 02Scope and quote

A written plan of exactly what gets built, in what order, with a fixed price and timeline before anything starts.

Step 03Build and test

I build in your account, test every path with real submissions, and record a walkthrough of each part as it goes live.

Step 04Handover or retainer

Full documentation and training for your team, or I stay on and run it monthly. Your call, no lock in.

Common questions

How fast can you start?

Usually within a few days. If I am mid build with another client I will tell you the real date rather than promise a Monday I cannot keep.

Do I need to already have GoHighLevel?

No. If you are not on it yet I will help you set the account up first. If you are already paying for it, even better, we use what you have.

Do you work with agencies or only direct businesses?

Both. Some work is white label for agencies, some is direct with the business owner. Say which one you are and I will price it accordingly.

What if I only need one small thing?

Then say so. If a two hour fix solves your problem I would rather do that and keep you as a client than sell you a build you do not need.

Who owns the work?

You do. It is built in your account, documented, and your team is trained on it. You can run it without me if you choose to.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell me what is happening with your leads right now. If a smaller fix solves it, I will say so.
